L Donnelly & Co (N.I.) Limited Solicitors opened in Ballymena over 30 years ago. Ann Kirk has been a part of the firm since 1985, initially in an administrative role and, more recently, as a qualified solicitor. Ann has an extensive knowledge of the firm’s long-standing client base and has been involved with established clients as well as their younger generations. 

Having graduated from the University of Ulster with a first-class honours degree in Law with Criminology, Ann attended the Professional Institute of Legal Studies at Queens University and qualified as a practicing solicitor in 2012. When Mr. Liam Donnelly retired from practice in September 2014 Ann took over the reins of the firm, maintaining an uninterrupted legal service to clients.

Having lengthy experience in many aspects of the solicitor’s practice, Ann has a unique insight into assisting clients with their needs and requirements.  The experience gained from the administrative role she played for many years has allowed her to be very aware of the issues clients have, whether that is purchasing a property or dealing with family issues. Ann’s attitude has always been that clients should be treated in a friendly yet professional manner. The firm’s aim is to take the stress away from the client and deal with their transactions as efficiently as possible.
